Sheet Solver — Terms of Service

Last updated: October 26, 2026

These terms apply to the Sheet Solver add-on for Google Sheets, provided by AddonNordic ApS, Solvangen 15, 9210 Aalborg SØ, Denmark, CVR 46495985 ("we"). By installing or using Sheet Solver you accept them.

1. The service

Sheet Solver adds Solver and Goal Seek to Google Sheets. The Free plan is free of charge. The Pro plan adds the features listed on the add-on's store page and in the sidebar.

2. Pro subscription

  • Pro costs $4.99 a month or $39 a year, including VAT. Pro is sold through Stripe's Managed Payments (Link), which acts as the seller at checkout and charges and pays the right VAT or sales tax for your country. The final price is shown before you pay, and your receipt comes from Stripe/Link.
  • The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time at Manage subscription or by writing to [email protected]. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU, EEA and UK): you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase. Write to [email protected] within 14 days of paying and we refund you in full.
  • One licence is for one person. You may activate it on the Google accounts you use yourself.

3. Your responsibility for results

Sheet Solver writes answers into your spreadsheet. Check the results before you rely on them. Solutions depend on your formulas and limits; if a formula is not linear, the add-on warns you, but it cannot guarantee the best answer in every case. Keep a copy of important spreadsheets.

4. Liability

Sheet Solver is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

5. Fair use

Do not try to break, copy or resell the add-on, or get around the Pro check.

6. Changes

We may change these terms or the prices. We tell Pro subscribers by email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.

7. Law and disputes

Danish law applies. Consumers in the EU can also use the courts of their own country and the EU's online dispute resolution platform.
