1. Parties
These Terms constitute an agreement between you ("Customer") and AddonNordic ApS, CVR 46495985, Denmark ("AddonNordic"). By creating an account, you accept these Terms.
2. The Service
AddonNordic provides access to Nordic business data, KYB reports, sanctions screening, and related B2B services via our apps and API. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with 30 days' notice.
3. Subscription and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Paddle
- Payment is charged automatically at each renewal
- Price changes are communicated 30 days in advance by email
- All prices are exclusive of VAT — applicable VAT is added at checkout

4. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Resell or grant third-party access to the service
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to circumvent access controls or usage quotas
- Use automated scripts to bulk-download data
Violations result in immediate termination without refund.
5. Data and GDPR
We process the company data you query as a data processor on your behalf. Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) forms part of these Terms and is available on request at [email protected].
6. Limitation of Liability
AddonNordic is not liable for:
- Errors or omissions in data sourced from public registers (CVR, Brreg, Bolagsverket, etc.)
- Loss caused by temporary unavailability of the service
- Indirect loss, operational loss, or lost profit
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Paddle Customer Portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We may terminate your account with 30 days' notice or immediately in the event of a breach.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are resolved before the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen.
