These terms apply to the Google Docs and Google Slides add-on "Accessibility Checker for Docs & Slides" (the "add-on"), provided by AddonNordic ApS, CVR 46495985, Denmark ("we"). Contact: [email protected]. By installing or using the add-on you accept these terms.
1. The service
The add-on checks Google Docs and Google Slides for accessibility issues based on WCAG 2.1 level AA, helps you fix them, and creates tagged PDF files and reports.
2. What the checks can and cannot do
Automated checks find many accessibility barriers, but not all of them. Some WCAG criteria need a person to judge, for example whether alt text describes the image correctly. A good score or a PDF that passes the PDF/UA check is a strong sign, not a legal guarantee that a document meets every requirement. You remain responsible for your documents. AI suggestions can be wrong: check them before you save them.
3. Plans and payment
- Free: unlimited checks, 10 one-click fixes, 5 AI suggestions and 1 accessible PDF per calendar month.
- Pro: €9 per month or €84 per year per user, plus VAT where it applies. Pro is sold through Stripe's Managed Payments (Link), which acts as the seller at checkout and charges and pays the right VAT or sales tax for your country. The final price is shown before you pay, and your receipt comes from Stripe/Link.
- Organization licence: from €690 per year for all users on one email domain. It is sold by AddonNordic ApS directly, by invoice, on the terms in the quote. Prices exclude VAT; EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time under "Manage billing" in the side panel. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Paid periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
- Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU, EEA and UK): you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase. Write to [email protected] within 14 days of paying and we refund you in full.
- Pro includes fair use of AI suggestions and PDFs (currently 1,000 and 500 per month). If you need more, write to us.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The change applies from your next renewal.
4. Your responsibilities
Only process documents you are allowed to process. Do not use the add-on for illegal content.
5. Availability
The add-on depends on Google's services and on our server. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If our server is unavailable, paying customers keep Pro for up to 14 days, and checks and fixes keep working.
6. Liability
The add-on is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost data or fines. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
7. Ending use
You can stop using the add-on at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after notice where possible.
8. Privacy
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Law and disputes
Danish law applies. Disputes go to the Danish courts, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use the courts where you live.
