These terms apply to the Sheets to Calendar – Two-Way Google Calendar Sync add-on for Google Sheets, provided by AddonNordic ApS, Solvangen 15, 9210 Aalborg SØ, Denmark, CVR 46495985 ("we"). By installing or using the add-on you accept them.
1. The service
The add-on turns rows in a Google Sheets tab into Google Calendar events (create, update, delete) and imports Calendar events into a tab for a date range you choose. Each row is linked to its event, so syncing again updates the event instead of making a new one.
- Free: 100 changes a month, manual sync, one calendar, and import with a date range. A change is an event created, updated or deleted in Google Calendar.
- Pro: automatic sync every hour, two-way sync, rows to several calendars and unlimited changes.
- Team: Pro for up to 10 people with the same company email domain. Public email domains such as gmail.com cannot be used for Team.
2. Pro and Team subscriptions
- Pro costs €5 a month or €48 a year per person. Team costs €15 a month for up to 10 people. You pay the price shown at checkout, including any VAT or sales tax that Stripe calculates for your country.
- Pro and Team are sold through Stripe's Managed Payments, which acts as the seller (reseller) at checkout and charges and pays the right VAT or sales tax for your country. Your receipt comes from Stripe.
- The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time with "Manage billing" in the side panel or by writing to [email protected]. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- 14-day refund: Pro starts as soon as you pay. If it does not work for you, write to [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and you get a full refund, no questions asked. We honour this promise and Stripe processes the refund. This comes on top of any rights you have under the law.
- If Pro ends, nothing is deleted. Your rows, events and settings are kept; automatic sync pauses and the side panel shows a message.
- We tell subscribers by email at least 30 days before a price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
3. Your responsibility for your events
You decide which rows become events, which calendars they go to and who is added as a guest. Only add people who should be on the events, and follow the law that applies to you, including data protection law for personal data in your sheet. Guests are not emailed unless you turn that on. Check the preview before you sync; you can undo the latest sync from the side panel.
4. Google's limits and timing
Events are created in your own Google account, so Google's limits for your account apply: about 5,000 new events a day (10,000 on Google Workspace), and 90 minutes a day of automatic runs on a free Gmail account (6 hours on Google Workspace). If Google's daily limit is reached, the rest is synced later. Automatic sync runs once an hour.
5. Removing the add-on
Remove the add-on under Extensions → Add-ons → Manage add-ons in Google Sheets, and revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Events already created stay in your calendar. To remove them, use "Undo" or tick Delete on the rows and sync before you remove the add-on.
6. Liability
The add-on is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
7. Fair use
Do not try to break, copy or resell the add-on, or get around the Pro check.
8. Law and disputes
Danish law applies. Consumers in the EU can also use the courts of their own country and the EU's online dispute resolution platform.
