These terms apply to the Scheduled PDF Reports for Google Sheets™ add-on for Google Sheets™, provided by AddonNordic ApS, Solvangen 15, 9210 Aalborg SØ, Denmark, CVR 46495985 ("we"). By installing or using the add-on you accept them.
1. The service
The add-on emails a tab, a range or a whole spreadsheet as a PDF, Excel or CSV file on the schedule you set. The Free plan includes one weekly or monthly PDF report to up to 3 recipients. The Pro plan adds the features listed on the add-on's store page and in the side panel.
2. Pro subscription
- Pro costs €5 a month or €48 a year, plus VAT where it applies. Pro is sold through Stripe's Managed Payments (Link), which acts as the seller at checkout and charges and pays the right VAT or sales tax for your country. The final price is shown before you pay, and your receipt comes from Stripe/Link.
- The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time with "Manage billing" in the side panel or by writing to [email protected]. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU, EEA and UK): you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase. Write to [email protected] within 14 days of paying and we refund you in full.
- If Pro ends, your reports are kept. Reports that need Pro are paused with a message; nothing is deleted.
- We tell Pro subscribers by email at least 30 days before a price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
3. Your responsibility for what you send
You decide what is sent and to whom. Only send reports to people who should receive them, and follow the law that applies to you, including data protection law for personal data in your spreadsheets. Do not use the add-on for spam or unsolicited marketing.
4. Google's limits and timing
Reports are sent from your Google account, so Google's daily email limits for your account apply; the side panel shows how much is left. Google runs the background check once an hour, so a report set for 08:00 arrives between 08:00 and 08:59. If a report cannot be sent, you get an email that says why.
5. Liability
The add-on is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
6. Fair use
Do not try to break, copy or resell the add-on, or get around the Pro check.
7. Law and disputes
Danish law applies. Consumers in the EU can also use the courts of their own country and the EU's online dispute resolution platform.
