Nordic Shopify merchants run hybrid stores where consumers and businesses shop side by side. Manual company-number checks, no due diligence and no structured B2B access control break down at scale. Nordic B2B Portal automates the whole flow from application to approval.

How it works

Customer applies

Your B2B customer fills out a customisable application form on your storefront via Shopify App Proxy — no theme install required.

Automatic verification

The app fetches company data, validates VAT and runs a KYB risk score against official registries (CVR, Brønnøysund, Bolagsverket, PRH and more).

Approve in admin

You approve or reject in the dashboard. The customer gets an email plus a Shopify customer tag (b2b-verified) granting B2B pricing.
